1. In-house horizontal transfer In order to be able to apply for horizontal transfer between diploma programs that accept students at the same level within the
university, the student's central placement score in the type of points applicable to the diploma program that he wishes to pass as of the year in which he enters the central examination shall not be less than the lowest base score of the diploma programs of other universities in the country that he wishes to pass The condition is sought. Applications can be made between equivalent programs (programs whose names are the same or whose content is determined by the governing board of the respective college or vocational school to be at least eighty percent identical) Applications are made to the declared quotas; the evaluation is carried out according to the order of achievement and the admission of the admitted student is decided by the relevant committee.
2. Cross-institutional horizontal transition (equivalent programs with GNO) is carried out between the same level and equivalent programs in
different higher education institutions. It is not possible to transfer horizontally to the preparatory class of the associate degree and undergraduate diploma programs; the first semester and the last semester of the associate degree programs, the first two semesters and the last two semesters of the undergraduate diploma programs. The GPA must meet the lowest achievement threshold declared in the application process and carry the entry requirements of the program to which it wishes to pass (for example, if there is an order of achievement requirement). Within the quota, applications are sorted on the basis of success; in case of admission, it is determined by the decision of the selection commission which of the previous courses will be counted.
3. Horizontal transfer from foreign higher education institutions when applying from foreign universities, the higher education institution in which the student is studying abroad and the program in which the education is conducted is recognized by the Higher Education Board as an institution authorized to issue associate or undergraduate diplomas and the equivalence of the diploma program in which the student is registered to the associate or undergraduate diploma program in which he applied for horizontal transfer The requirement to be accepted by the university is sought.
The equivalence of the foreign institution in which the student is enrolled, the program must meet the basic achievement requirements sought in our country, and the GPA must meet the lowest achievement threshold declared in the application process. Applications are made to the declared quotas and the course adaptations of those accepted are made by the relevant board.
4. Horizontal transition with a central placement score (Appendix 1) The requirement that the
student's central placement scores in the year of enrolment are equal to or higher than the base score in the year in which another diploma program enters. Students may transfer horizontally only once in accordance with Appendix 1. Students enrolled in higher education institutions, including the preparatory class, intermediate classes and senior year, can benefit from the item in question. In this method, GPA and class completion requirement are not sought; quotas are announced by the university and applications are finalized according to grade superiority. Receipt of the course of the admitted student is made in accordance with the provisions of the regulations.
