Guesthouses
Our University offers accommodation and dining facilities for female and male students studying on the Cappadocia Campus. Our guesthouses, with a total capacity of 174 students, are located within the Mustafapaşa campus, within walking distance of our classrooms. Designed to enable students to focus entirely on their studies without any additional concerns, our guesthouses are managed by experienced educational staff.

Required Documents for Guesthouse Application
- Guesthouse Service Commitment Form (Commitment Form)
- Explicit Consent Approval Form (Approval Form)
- Copy of ID card for citizens of the Republic of Türkiye
- A medical report issued by a physician indicating that the student is fit to stay in the guesthouse
- 2 passport-sized photos
- Criminal record and archive search document
- For international students: study permit, passport copy, foreigner identification number
- Receipt/document showing payment of guesthouse fee and deposit (Deposit amount is being updated.)
Note: For underage students, the guesthouse service commitment form must be signed by a parent or legal guardian during registration.

Yıldız 1 Apart
New KYK Dormitories for Male and Female Students Opening in Ürgüp!
The Ministry of Youth and Sports is opening newly constructed student dormitories in Ürgüp with a capacity of 1,200 female and 762 male students, starting from the 2024–2025 Academic Year. Designed as Türkiye’s first “Green Building” dormitories, these facilities produce their own electricity through rooftop solar panels, and rainwater is recycled for cleaning purposes.
